Uma menina negra sai do lugar onde cresceu para morar com a mãe, diretora de uma escola particular onde ela é a única aluna negra. Os apelidos no refeitório, a mensagem no espelho do banheiro e o silêncio dos colegas vão deixando a menina cada vez mais invisível, até ela desejar ser como o tatu-bola, que se fecha para se proteger. Um curta sensível sobre racismo e bullying na escola, feito no Campus do projeto Era uma vez... Brasil.
